Prioritizing Mental Health .

Mental health is crucial for students ‘success academically and personally to improve academic performance, better relationships, reduce risk of mental health disorders and also for improved overall well-being and more fulfilling life. Class wise sessions were conducted for students by Ms Adaa Hafeez content and outreach executive Aditya Birla Educational trust (M Power). Students gained knowledge from a mental health professional who provided practical advice and tips to help improve their mental well-being.
