Four students from B.E.T. Sadathunnisa Degree College participated in the Poetry Recitation Competition organized by Hindustani Urdu Manch on 29 July 2026. The participants were Ms. Aameena A (I BBA), Ms. Rumaniya Taj (II BBA), Ms. Kounain Umaiz (II BBA), and Ms. Muskan Fathima (II BBA). Among them, Ms. Rumaniya Taj secured Third Place and received a cash prize of ₹1,000 for her outstanding performance. Ms. Aameena A (I BBA) was also honoured with a cash appreciation award of ₹500 in recognition of her commendable participation. The remaining participants received certificates of participation. On the same occasion, Mrs. Iffath Jahan, faculty member of the college, was felicitated with a cash award for her significant contribution to the promotion and development of the Urdu language and literature. The event provided an excellent platform for students to showcase their literary talent, encouraged appreciation for Urdu literature, and brought recognition to the institution through the achievements of its students and faculty.
