Dental Screening and Oral Health Camp

The NSS unit of our college organized a free Dental Screening and Oral Health Camp that was conducted by Dr Mohammed Asif and Dr Sadiya Naaz from Apollo dental to foster awareness about oral health and instill essential dental care practices.

129 students, 10 teachers and 6 non-teaching staff were screened. 75 were given dental treatment and appropriate referrals were made to the clinic for further treatment. The camp included dental awareness talk, educating students about common dental ailments. Students cherished the chance to interact with the dentists to enquire and gain knowledge about their oral health and maintaining good oral hygiene.
