HISTORY OF
OUR COLLEGE

B.E.T Sadathunnisa College(Degree College for Women) was established in the year 1998 (vide G.O 171 UBV 98 dated 14-08-1998) in Bismillahnagar Bengaluru and is affiliated to Bengaluru City University. In the past 25 years of its legacy has always stood firm in providing continuous academic excellence in the field of education.

At B.E.T we value Peace, Excellence, Respect and Community through encouraging grace and harmony, setting high expectations, valuing all and building positive relationships.

OUR MILESTONES

College was granted 2(f) status of UGC Act of 1956 dated 27 th February 2016.

Karnataka Educational Institutions (Recognition of Minority Educational Institution Terms and Conditions) (Collegiate Education) Rules 2014 of rule 5(13) declared by competent authority as minority institution dated 28-07-2017

Accredited by The NATIONAL ASSESSMENT AND ACCREDITATION COUNCIL (NAAC) with B++

ISO 9001:2015 certified.

College has an active NSS unit.

Affiliated to Youth Red Cross Wing of the Indian Red Cross Society (Karnataka State Branch) Bengaluru in terms of Government of Karnataka, Department of Higher Education vide order No: ED 38 Vividha 2016 dated 17/06/2016.

Accorded permission to start Kannada Certificate Course vide ED 288 UBV 2006 dated 27-08-2016.
