Body language impacts a great deal of how we communicate, and can reflect quite accurately what’s going on inside us, the tone of voice the rate of speech and pitch of the voice all add to the words that are being used. Staff was trained to observe pupils’ posture, gestures, mannerisms, facial expressions, speech and tone, in order to establish their emotional state and help build trust and rapport.

Mr Rafiulla Baig despite his abundance of knowledge still thinks he is a student, as known for his public speaking experience he mesmerized, tantalized, and energized teachers, an engaging and powerful interactive session that captured everyone’s attention throughout.
