International Mother Language Day (February 21st 2020) with the theme , “Fostering multilingualism for inclusion in education and society” was celebrated in the campus. The Chief Guest for  the programme  Mr K.M. Anees-ul-Haq, I.B,(P)s (Retd) Additional Director  General ,Doordarshan and A.I.R, who in his address emphasized the importance  of protecting  and conserving  mother tongue for stronger  skills in other subjects and hailed the initiative of the college in  organizing International Mother Language Day. Students presented a variety of literary programmes that nurtured mother tongue as the soul of life.The day also reminded us how language connects us, empowers us and helps to communicate our feelings to others.
