PLACEMENT & CAREER GUIDANCE CELL

The Placement and Career Guidance Cell whose convener is a faculty member. The Cells serves as interface between students and Corporate World and works closely in line with the policies of the institution . The cell tries to coherently match the interests of students with an appropriate job profile and also endeavors to be part of their safe and secure future.

The Cell also supports students through Mentor Mentee system by giving counselling and also through personality development initiatives like improving their communication skills, group presentations, encouraging and guiding students to listen to topics with full presence of mind.

The teachers encourage and guide students on clear communication about the skills and knowledge, objective vocabulary in words while communicating with interviewers, Confident physical expressions help students to get a job after the completion of the Degree.. As college believes in Value based education they are taught to respect everyone, not on the basis of any religion or social status but as being human beings.The expressive skills that are being developed in students are helping them to learn how to communicate effectively and get the full attention of the listeners

Pre placement form is available to students wherein they download from website and submit to the Cell which strives to get employment to all students to the extent possible before they leave the portals of the college.

The placement cell prepares the student to face employment market with skills such as

• Updated knowledge in latest developments by conducting sessions to inspire and help define personal pathway to student’s career success and make students stay on track and remind what they want and what they are working towards.
